INFORMATION LETTER
Dear
colleagues!
The
Department of the German Language of the Faculty of Socio-Cultural
Communications of the Belarusian State University (Minsk, Belarus) invites
scientists, university teachers, graduate students, undergraduates to take part
in the work VII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Foreign
Languages: innovations, prospects for research and teaching"
Date: March 21-22, 2024
The
form of the conference
is full–time, but in case of deterioration of the epidemiological situation,
the format of the conference can be changed to a correspondence form.
The purpose
of the conference
is to exchange experience between researchers, teachers, and representatives of
the professional community on issues related to the latest trends in the study
and teaching of foreign languages.
The problem
field of the conference:
1. Modern problems
of domestic and foreign linguistics.
2. Foreign
languages through the prism of linguodidactics.
3. Information and
communication technologies in teaching foreign languages and literature.
4. Linguistic
aspects of intercultural communication.
5. Topical issues
of literary studies, translation studies and translation practice.
Working
languages: Belarusian,
Russian, German.
Conditions of
participation in the conference
To participate in the conference, please contact
bsu.lehrstuhl.deutsch22@mail.ru (marked Conference - 2024) by January 31, 2024,
submit to the organizing committee an application, the form of which is
attached, and the text of the report (!!!one file!!!). The title of the report
should be the surname of the author and his place of work, for example: Иванов_БГУ.doc . According to the results of the conference, it
is planned to publish an electronic collection of materials, which will be
placed in the Electronic Library of the Belarusian State University, as well
as in the Scientific Electronic Library on the website https://elibrary.ru,
which implies indexing in the scientometric database of the RSCI (Russian
Science Citation Index).
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select
reports for inclusion in the conference program, as well as the right to
scientific review and technical editing of materials. The authors of the
reports who did not receive information about the rejection of the article
before February 28, 2024, in May-June 2024 (immediately after the publication
of the collection in the electronic library of BSU), will be sent a link to the
electronic collection of articles.
The collection will include materials with an
original text of at least 70%, previously not published anywhere and
executed within the framework of the current directions of the problem field of
the conference.
Materials that do not meet the scientific level and
the topic of the conference, issued in violation of the requirements and sent
later than the deadline, are not published and are not sent back.
There is NO registration fee for the
conference.
Accommodation and travel expenses are at the expense of
the sending party.

Requirements for the design of articles
The volume of the text of the article should be 3 or
more pages of A4 printed text.
Requirements for the design of the text:
• text editor – MS Word (exclusively RTF format), Font
– Times New Roman, size – 14 pt;
• margins: left, right, top 27 mm, bottom 34 mm– The
paragraph indent is 1 cm, which is set using the "Paragraph" menu.
The line spacing is single. Hanging string is not allowed. Bibliographic list
indicating at least three sources designed in accordance with the requirements
of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus (https://vak.gov.by/bibliographicDescription)
required!!!
